Vacationing in beautiful (and cool) Plattsburg, NY, strolling the downtown streets and finding doors galore.
Here’s today’s sharing of the lovely doors on a Presbyterian Church. I love the perfect red color highlighted by the black hinges. Striking.

They certainly pop in a most striking way. Lovely.

I thought they were wonderful. Took the pix at noon so the lighting wasn’t the greatest. Thanks.

I was just commenting on another site that there’s something about doors and windows that provoke the imagination.

The sad thing about doors on churches is they are usually locked. As enticing as the doors are, you can’t open them!

That’s lovely. Plattsburgh is only a 90 minute drive for us and yet I’ve never really explored it. I think I may have to fix that soon 🙂

The old downtown area in Plattsburgh is lovely, and provides nice street walking. I recommend breakfast at Campus Corner, art work displayed, wonderful old houses, and a comfortable atmosphere.
