Stucker Asks: “Who, What, Why, Where, When and How?”

Who, What, Why, Where, When and How

Who shall we ask to understand us?

Who shall we ask to lead with wisdom?

Who shall we ask to judge without bias?

Who shall we ask to have a clear vision?

What is in our future, prejudice and hate?

What is in our future, acceptance and love?

What is in our future; will peace come too late?

What is in our future, a hawk or a dove?

mono-question-mark

Why is there such distrust between nations?

Why is there such friction between races?

Why is there such rage between religions?

Why is there such fear in our faces?

Where did it go, confidence in progress?

Where did it go, trust that right will win?

Where did it go, belief in innate goodness?

Where did it go, assuming respect within?

interrogation

When did we lose a clear path to truth?

When did we lose faith in world peace?

When did we lose innocence in youth?

When did we lose hope that hate will cease?

We need the who, what, why, where and when,

But the How must have the last word.

We must talk, compromise, agree and then,

Only then, can we take giant steps forward.

  1. JMB is a pretty great Grandma to my Grands too.
In this election period we all need to think about both sides of many issues. If all the shakers and movers do is make accusations and refuse to discuss and compromise, nothing will get better. I hope I can help get the process started on one tiny level. Maybe the idea will spread to places of power.
