Do not ask me what is so interesting about this window because I haven’t any idea. I thought it unusual and I snapped a picture of it as I was walking the neighborhood. Something charming and intriguing about it.
It’s not a typical nautical porthole, so what architectural genre is it?

Is it Victorian maybe? I think the hexagonal shape makes it unique. It would also be more ively with stained glass. 🙂

It may be Victorian, I’m just not certain. But we don’t see that type of window in south central Texas often. Yes, a stained glass would be lovely in that shape.

We had a gable vent shaped like that installed on the front of our house when it was re-sided abt 15yrs ago. It does make a beautiful window.

Okay, I’ll ask. What is a gable vent? Did you put stain glass in it?
