This week’s Photo-a-Week Challenge prompt is Reflection, and I’ve included traditional and non-traditional reflection pictures.
In the first photo, the fountain face seems to be reflecting on the bird perched on its tongue, and the bird is reflecting on the flow of the water cascading into the fountain basin.
The second photo is a more typical reflection and is of my favorite place for personal restoration located in southeastern Oklahoma.
A visit to the cemetery in the late afternoon always produces dramatic shadows, if not reflections.
And my last picture on Reflection is one I took while in Pennsylvania several years ago. It appeared to be an old church, but actually is an old barn reflected in the window of another old barn.
I hope your holiday season is filled with wonderful reflections of large and small memories, hopes, dreams and friendships.
Many more reflection photographs can be seen at https://nadiamerrillphotography.wordpress.com/2017/12/21/a-photo-a-week-challenge-reflection/
I love that you pictures cover both meanings of the word. The statue reflecting on the pigeon is a wonderful image. They are all beautiful pictures – you have a really canny eye.

I just wonder what the statue would like to say to the bird!

Maybe “get off my tongue”. or “Don’t be messing on my tongue.” or “I don’t like looking at your backside.”
There is more colorful language that I left out, but you get the drift!

Maybe, “If you’re going to stay there you need to leave a deposit!”
