This youngster is happy to get fed from a milk bottle (Kenya).
Snake wine is a treat in China, no matter what kind of bottle it is in.
An empty bottle is left on a window sill in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico
Or, how about a soft drink bottle as a flower vase?

I’ve sent this to my sister-in-law who runs a reserve in Botswana. Ellies (as we always call them) are her favourites amongst all the other amazing creatures she lives and works amongst!
I loved watching these babies who have been orphaned follow their human caregivers around to get more milk.

My sister in law is a wonderful lady … she has worked in Zimbabwe, South Africa and now Botswana – I am in awe of her dedication and not at all surprised that you were captivated by the dedication of the people that dedicate themselves to the cause.
Yes, those caregivers spend countless hours trying to save and protect these special animals.
