We’ve had 25+ inches of rain since the first of the year in San Miguel, and the annual norm is about 34 inches…so the dry arroyo beds are cascading through neighborhoods. My casita overlooks this particular arroyo, although I’m well above any danger, but it’s been interesting to watch the ebb and flow of the water as it races downhill.

San Miguel is in the center of Mexico, northwest of Mexico City, about a 3-4 hour drive. Beautiful city, lovely people. Elevation of 6,000 ft. so it is high and dry, great temps year around.
