A former convent, this lovely building’s tower bells chime throughout the city, reminding us to look upward as we pass by.

And who can ignore the evening colors mixed with gathering storm clouds, high above we mere mortals?

Watching from a safe distance atop a patio wall, this neighborhood cat looked down as Radar and I gazed skyward.

Decorations celebrating Mexico’s independence looked like American Christmas lights adding color to the national holiday.
