Tower is the prompt for the Photo A Week Challenge from Nadia Merrill’s Photography blog, and I wanted to make certain I knew the definition of ‘tower’. Here is how Wikipedia describes a tower:
“… a tall structure, taller than it is wide, often by a significant factor. Towers are distinguished from masts by their lack of guy-wires and are therefore, along with tall buildings, self-supporting structures.”

I think a bell tower counts as a tower.
I don’t know how large the base is, but this looks like a tower to me, and not a man-made one.
