Photo of the Week Towers

Tower is the prompt for the Photo A Week Challenge from Nadia Merrill’s Photography  blog, and I wanted to make certain I knew the definition of ‘tower’.  Here is how Wikipedia describes a tower:

“… a tall structure, taller than it is wide, often by a significant factor. Towers are distinguished from masts by their lack of guy-wires and are therefore, along with tall buildings, self-supporting structures.”

Check out impressive tower pictures at https://nadiamerrillphotography.wordpress.com/2020/07/30/a-photo-a-week-challenge-tower/.

I think a bell tower counts as a tower.

I don’t know how large the base is, but this looks like a tower to me, and not a man-made one.
