Frightful!
Some days a look in the mirror at 6 a.m.
Is the most frightful thing I can tolerate.
Hair sticking out.
Mouth dry and smelly.
Wrinkles exposed.
Eyelids heavy.
A perfect picture of reality staring right at me.
But wait, it’s not me I’m seeing,
It’s my Mother!
God, reality sucks.
that little voice 
Haha. Oh, I love this, I remember once saying something to one of my girls “Oh no I think I’m turning into my mother!” The reply was simply “You did that a long time ago!”

You are a fortunate man! I admit, I’m blessed with the wonderful and questionable traits of both my mother and father. The trick is to recognize the ones I might not want to embrace.
