Unexpected-Photo a Week Challenge

This week’s prompt is a photo of something unexpected. Here are my contributions to Nancy Merrill’s Photo A Week Challenge. https://nadiamerrillphotography.wordpress.com/2019/07/25/a-photo-a-week-challenge-unexpected/ A stairway to where? That is the question. I noticed this small bloom on a beat up, battered, and old cactus. It was unexpected to see new life on what appeared to be a dying plant.
