San Miguel de Allende Street Art

New street art appears regularly on walls in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico, and I found this one on the outside wall of a newly opened restaurant.. and this one on the second level of an art center. Both bring smiles and visual delight.

Norm’s Thursday Doors April 2

My contribution to this week’s Norm’s Thursday Doors Photo Challenge. The doors are part of the same structure, one a front entrance and the other a garage opening. Love the colors in the doors and the rock work around them both. See more at Norm’s Thursday Doors blog: https://miscellaneousmusingsofamiddleagedmind.wordpress.com

Weekly Prompt–Sky

The sky is a magical place. It is an ever-changing canvas challenging our imaginations and welcoming our interpretation. Its vastness expands and shrinks as clouds, colors, darkness and light play across its face, sending us messages of fury, peace, beauty, and calm and leaving us filled with wonder. Sky is the Weekly Prompt Photo Challenge… Continue reading Weekly Prompt–Sky

Weekly Prompt Green

Green is the prompt for this week’s Weekly Photo Challenge, and I am fascinated how many different shades of green appear in one place, i.e. a tree. From a yellow-green to a deep dark green, all on one tree, is a wonderful treat from nature. See more green pictures at https://weeklyprompts.com/2019/01/05/photo-challenge-green/

Change for the Better?

San Miguel de Allende is different from any other place I’ve lived. Of course, that can be said about all cities. Through the years I’ve been aware of the energy or heartbeat of towns, even if they are neighbors. Whether it is a subdivision surrounded by a larger metropolitan complex, or a tiny burg separated… Continue reading Change for the Better?
